Position Summary: We are seeking a Civil Engineer Specialist in Surveying, Road Alignment, and Road Design with experience in road infrastructure projects and project management certifications. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in Surveying and Road Design 2. Master's degree and/or Ph.D. required 3. Professional certifications valued **SPECIALIST ENGINEER IN SURVEYING, ROAD ALIGNMENT, AND ROAD DESIGN** * Civil Engineer required * Requires **forty-eight (48\) months** of effective experience as a Specialist, Engineer, Supervisor, Head, Construction Manager, Resident Engineer, Responsible Party, Coordinator, or any combination thereof, in: Surveying and/or Road Design; and in execution and/or responsibility for, and/or inspection and/or supervision of works in **THE SPECIALTY AND SUB-SPECIALTIES INDICATED IN QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT A** for key personnel, as **SPECIALIST ENGINEER IN SURVEYING, ROAD ALIGNMENT, AND ROAD DESIGN**, calculated from professional registration date (Only experience not older than **twenty-five years prior** to the bid submission date is considered) * ***Experience must be in the following specialty and sub-specialties:*** Construction, reconstruction, remodeling, renovation, improvement, expansion, and/or rehabilitation of National, Departmental, and Provincial Highways; Bridges; Viaducts; Grade-separated Interchanges; Tunnels; and Related Works ("Related Works" shall mean those directly associated with the typologies corresponding to each sub-specialty) * Master's degree and/or Ph.D. required * ***Any of the following certifications—or equivalent ones issued by such institutions—is required:*** Project Management Institute (PMI), Fédération Internationale des Ingénieurs\-Conseils (FIDIC), Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE \- NEC), Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering (AACE International), Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED), Stanford University – VDC Certificate, BuildingSMART International, Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB), International Facility Management Association (IFMA), Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), Autodesk, American Concrete Institute (ACI), International Association for Contract and Commercial Management (IACCM), IPMA International Project Management Association, in: Building Information Modeling (BIM), Project Management for Results (PM4R), Project Management Professional (PMP), or any other certification related to project management, contract management, or project leadership **Required Documentation for Key Personnel:** * Updated CV (Documented): Attach supporting documents evidencing ***forty-eight (48\) months*** of experience (employment certificates, letters of confirmation, contracts, resolutions, etc.).
