Position Summary:
We are seeking a Civil Engineer to supervise and coordinate projects, ensure quality and safety, and manage personnel and operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
\- Direct and supervise the work program and all project operations—from initial planning, on-site client activities, to return to company facilities.
\- Timely coordination and planning of work execution in collaboration with the Safety, Occupational Health, and Environment office.
\- Management of the occupational safety and health system.
\- Organize assembly work and verify that it is carried out in accordance with technical specifications.
\- Conduct direct work coordination with the client or end user to execute tasks in a coordinated manner.
\- Coordinate all assembly activities with the client or end user, jointly with the Safety Supervisor.
\- Lead personnel by providing instructions to achieve optimal performance of their activities.
\- Minimize adverse impacts on third parties or damage to their property resulting from assembly execution.
\- Ensure personnel under supervision comply with both personal and technical ethics standards.
\- Conduct inspections at all assembly stages for which responsible.
\- Prepare and submit daily reports on activities, equipment operation, and work progress.
\- Perform safety and functional tests.
\- Develop the work plan for the assigned service: procedures, IPER, schedule, or other requested documents.
\- Ensure compliance with quality standards during service execution.
\- Reject and order removal of materials and equipment due to poor quality or non-compliance with technical specifications, and implement any urgent on-site measures.
\- Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor, inherent to the position.
REQUIREMENTS:
\- Licensed Civil Engineer registered with the Peruvian Institute of Engineers (CIP).
\- Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience in the mining sector as a Resident Engineer; prior experience at Antamina preferred.
\- Solid technical knowledge of module assembly, blueprint reading, and construction regulations.
\- Knowledge of safety, occupational health, and environmental (SSOMA) regulations. \- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and design software (AutoCAD 2D and 3D). WE OFFER:
