Job Summary: SC DISEÑA is seeking a Design Architect to develop technical documentation, coordinate multidisciplinary projects, and prepare technical-economic proposals. Key Highlights: 1. Preparation of technical-economic proposals **SC DISEÑA is currently seeking (1) DESIGN ARCHITECT.** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Degree in Architecture * Specialist in architectural design in general. * Intermediate English proficiency (non-exclusive) * Minimum **7 years' experience** in developing industrial, mining, and energy projects at the level of detailed engineering within the specialty of Architecture. * Preparation of technical-economic proposals applicable to detailed engineering projects (Scope of Work). * Minimum 5 years' experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering projects. * Minimum 7 years' experience preparing progress schedules, Gantt charts, and controlling multidisciplinary engineering projects. * Minimum 7 years' experience developing technical documentation for Architecture at the detailed engineering level (MD, detailed drawings, INDECI). * Knowledge of standards such as NTP, RNE, IBC, IRC, IFC, among others. * Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and all its extensions, Plan 3D, Navisworks, Revit, and BIM 3D viewers. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Development of architectural technical documentation at the detailed engineering level. * Development of project schedules for multidisciplinary engineering projects (MS Project). * Coordination and monitoring of progress for multidisciplinary engineering projects during their design phases. * Review of architectural drawings across various stages (conceptual, basic, and detailed) for diverse mining, industrial, and general infrastructure projects. * Development of technical-economic proposals for multidisciplinary detailed engineering projects during the technical proposal stage. * Development and review of multidisciplinary quantity take-offs for engineering projects. **WORK LOCATION:** ATE Plant **WORK HOURS:** Monday to Saturday.
