




Job Summary: We are seeking a Field Civil Engineer with experience in supervising and managing civil projects at mineral processing plants, ensuring compliance with quality, cost, and safety requirements. We are currently recruiting professionals for the **Field Civil Engineer, Intermediate** position to join our team. **About the Role** * Ensure compliance with the defined scope, cost, time, and quality for civil discipline deliverables (earthworks, access roads, dykes, tailings dams, and water structures). * Maintain clear and effective communication with the client to facilitate coordination with other client departments (Environmental and Operations). * Monitor contractor-provided resources (human, equipment, and materials) to ensure compliance with specified characteristics for construction execution. * Promote adherence to the client’s health, safety, and environmental policies. * Promote implementation of quality controls during construction activities. * Review daily reports and contribute to weekly and monthly physical progress reports for civil discipline activities. * Conduct review and validation of specific work procedures. * Review contractor payment certificates, verifying quantities completed. * Track the contractor’s daily, weekly, and three-week look-ahead activity schedules. **About You** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering – Licensed and registered with the professional engineering association. * 7–12 years of experience in Mineral Processing Plants (construction or operations phase) related to earthworks, access roads, dykes, tailings dams, and water structures. * 5 years of mining industry experience (mandatory). * Knowledge of Safety Regulations. * Willingness to work on-site (Site). **Why Ausenco?** We support individual growth and aim to enable you to work in a way that leverages your strengths and meets your needs.
