Training in high-risk work We are a reputable company specializing in maintenance services for mining and industrial concentrator plants, as well as fabrication and installation of metal structures; offering all our clients top-tier personalized service that exceeds market quality requirements. **SAFETY SUPERVISOR** Requirements: * Degree-holding professional with valid professional license (minimum 03 years) in Mining Engineering, Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 03 years of experience in this position within mining units (maintenance work in concentrator plants). * Solid understanding of current legal regulations governing safety, occupational health, and environmental management systems. * Specific high-risk training (hot work, work at height, electrical work, confined space work) Responsibilities: * Supervise and ensure workers properly use appropriate PPEs for each task, and enforce compliance with Safe Work Procedures and work standards. * Monitor daily work practices of personnel, identifying substandard conditions and acts to prevent occupational injuries and illnesses, as well as inspecting machinery, tools, and equipment. * Maintain records of workplace accidents and conduct investigations, as well as maintain all other mandatory records required by the occupational safety and health management system. * Monitor execution of activities within their scope of responsibility and propose timely improvements. * Ensure proper disposal of solid waste and hazardous solid waste. * Promote a culture of prevention and worker participation. * Prepare monthly OSH (Occupational Safety and Health) statistics. * Verify that all workers have completed required medical examinations and statutory insurance.
