We are currently seeking 01 DATA ENTRY CLERK for Alberto Barton Hospital. Requirements: * Technical degree (currently enrolled, incomplete, or graduated) in Administration, Accounting, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in the position (healthcare sector) * Availability to work in Callao * Rotating shifts from Monday to Saturday Responsibilities: * Accurately identify patients according to established procedures; primarily receive the physical DNI of patients who received tele-assistance or a medical prescription (if applicable) — submission of both documents is required. * Verify the received prescription in the HOSIX prescription module to proceed with care. Ensure consistency between the medical prescription data (patient’s name, clinical history number, medication name, dosage, quantity, physician’s signature with registration number, date, and service origin stamp) and those registered in the system, then perform the discharge in HOSIX. Consult the on-duty pharmacist in case of any doubts. * Discharge the prescription in HOSIX according to the medication delivery process and schedule the next delivery. * Record in the “Observations” field the details of the person collecting the patient’s medication, if different from the patient themselves. * Place the VERIFIED PRESCRIPTION in the designated baskets so that Technical Staff can prepare the order. * Other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor BENEFITS:\*All statutory benefits.\*Work for an internationally accredited company with ISO and Joint Commission International accreditation (one of the most important global healthcare accreditations).\*Ongoing training.\*Discounts with educational institutions, oncology insurance, vendor visits, and more.\*Work for an organization that trains future specialists in Family and Community Medicine.
