Task tracking management and technical support documentation LOGISTICALS S.A., a leading company in the technological services sector, requires hiring an **IT TECHNICIAN** to join our technical support and operations department. **Requirements:** * Completed or incomplete technical studies in Computer Science and/or Information Systems. * Minimum of 2 years of work experience in Technical Support areas. * Knowledge of computer assembly, configuration, and performance enhancement. * Experience in diagnosing and repairing computer equipment and printers. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Proficiency in computer tools (MS Office and others). * Availability to work in Juanjuí, San Martín **Responsibilities:** * Perform tasks related to computer equipment. * Maintenance and configuration of projectors. * Generation of service reports (reporting). * Responsible management of assigned task tracking. * Maintain order, recordkeeping, and control of documentation related to Technical Support and Operations activities. **We Offer:** * RxH * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 6:30 pm.
