




Job Summary: We are seeking a Resident Assistant to plan, organize, and control operational activities, ensuring compliance with production programs and strategic objectives in mining. OPSEPLANT SA is a Peruvian metal-mechanical company dedicated to the operation, service, and modernization of mining plants; we are currently seeking 01 Resident Assistant for work at Antamina. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree and professional license in Mechanical Engineering or Electromechanical Engineering. (MANDATORY) Minimum 2 years of experience as a Resident Assistant in mining camps. (MANDATORY) Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project. (MANDATORY) Knowledge of SAP, AutoCAD, and Primavera. (DESIRABLE) Demonstrated competencies in effective leadership and negotiation skills. Ability to manage in high-pressure and constantly changing environments. Willingness to work under the mining labor regime. Residence in LIMA, HUANCAYO, HUARAZ, or nearby areas. · RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling operational activities, ensuring compliance with monthly production programs and the company's strategic objectives. Maintain coordination with the Mine Resident and Lima Management regarding the handling of spare parts, machinery, tools, and materials required for project execution. Ensure operations are conducted under quality, safety, occupational health, and environmental protection standards. Collaborate with the Resident Engineer to coordinate with the client on developing monthly production programs. Manage efficient personnel allocation according to production requirements. Supervise compliance with monthly programs and operational KPIs. In case of deviations, establish corrective action plans and report them to the Resident Engineer. Lead operational meetings to ensure achievement of established objectives. Manage changes in processes and/or client requirements, assessing risks and communicating actions to the Operations Manager. Coordinate with the client on necessary conditions and infrastructure to ensure operational execution under established standards.
