We are seeking a Behavior-Based Safety Specialist!
An important transmission line construction project under the Antamina Project is seeking the following profile:
Location: Yanacancha Camp – Áncash
Work Regime: 14 days on / 7 days off
Main Responsibilities:
* Implement Behavior-Based Safety (BBS) programs and strengthen the preventive culture.
* Identify, assess, and manage psychosocial risks among project personnel.
* Design and execute behavioral change strategies aimed at improving workers' safe performance.
* Train and support supervisors and team members on safe behavior and preventive culture.
* Ensure compliance with applicable mining and occupational health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
* University degree in: Psychology, Mining Engineering, Industrial Hygiene and Safety Engineering, Social Sciences, or related fields.
* Valid professional license and active registration with the relevant professional association.
* Certified specialization in at least one of the following: Behavior-Based Safety (BBS), Preventive Culture, Organizational Psychology, or Occupational Safety and Health (OSH).
* Minimum of **3 to 5 years of experience in mining or industry**.
* Experience managing psychosocial risks.
* Experience leading behavioral culture change initiatives.
* Knowledge of Peruvian mining legal framework: Supreme Decree No. 024-2016-EM or Supreme Decree No. 023-2017-EM
