At present, we are looking for a PROCUREMENT OFFICER – MINING to join our team and contribute their expertise and energy to our projects. Responsibilities: Identify and evaluate suppliers according to requirements. Negotiate commercial terms, complying with the company’s financial and ethical policies. Request quotations, evaluating various factors based on user needs. Generate and monitor purchase and service orders. Maintain an up-to-date and access-controlled register of active and excluded suppliers within our procurement and logistics processes. Prepare and assess comparative evaluation tables to support purchasing decisions. Comply with guidelines established in the integrated management system (quality, environment, safety, anti-bribery, facility management, and asset management). · What do we expect from you? Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or International Business. Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Procurement Officer role or similar position. General work experience of 5 years. Experience in procurement of goods (PPE, uniforms, hardware materials, equipment, and fixed assets) and imports for mining-sector projects. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). SAP S/4 HANA knowledge is desirable. Intermediate English proficiency is desirable. Immediate availability to work under the 14x7 work regime. Benefits: Formal employment registration from the first day of work.
