Trujillo Commercial Job Description Terranova Trading S.A.C. is seeking a Junior Procurement Analyst responsible for managing the procurement of products sold by the company (retail and wholesale), ensuring timely availability, compliance with commercial agreements, inventory control, and cost optimization—aligned with the organization’s commercial and accounting objectives. Main Responsibilities Managing product procurement for various branches and warehouses. Preparing, controlling, and tracking purchase orders. Ensuring compliance with and monitoring commercial agreements with suppliers. Analyzing and controlling supplier purchase quotas. Tracking supplier claims regarding price discrepancies, re-invoicing, or other issues. Market research: market share and competitor pricing. Monitoring and rotating products nearing expiration. Monthly projected valued purchases and accounting follow-up. Preparing the monthly purchase and receipt schedule. Monitoring procurement process performance indicators (KPIs). Supervising inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking. Coordinating supplier payments. Managing reverse logistics and returns. Coordinating internal transfers between warehouses. Other duties inherent to the position as assigned. Requirements Graduate in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement-related functions. Experience in retail or wholesale sectors (desirable but not mandatory). Knowledge of procurement, supplier, and inventory management. Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite tools. Analytical and organizational skills. Residence in Huaraz (mandatory). Competencies Planning and organization.
