Requirements * Studies in Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles (preferred). * Knowledge of current labor legislation. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Organizational skills, confidentiality, and effective communication ability. * Proactivity and ability to work under pressure. Responsibilities * Comprehensive management of Human Resources processes. * Recruitment, selection, and onboarding of personnel. * Administration of employment contracts, personnel files, and documentation. * Attendance tracking, tardiness monitoring, leave requests, and absences. * Payroll coordination, payments, and social benefits administration. * Monitoring of workplace climate and compliance with internal policies. * Coordination with Legal, Accounting, and Administrative departments. * Support in disciplinary procedures and internal communications.
