Positive work environment SAFETY ENGINEER REQUIRED – ANTAMINA MINING PROJECT A company in the mining and construction sector is seeking a Safety Engineer for its Antamina mining unit project. Work Schedule: 14 days on / 7 days off REQUIREMENTS: \* Licensed, registered, and duly authorized engineer \* Minimum 3 years of experience working in mining operations \* Proven experience in the mining sector \* Knowledge of SSOMA, IPERC, ATS, and risk management \* Experience in high-risk work: working at heights, hot work, lifting operations, confined spaces, and hazardous energy \* Familiarity with mining safety regulations and Antamina standards \* Knowledge of incident investigation and report preparation \* Proficiency in safety indicators and document control \* Immediate availability to work under a 14x7 schedule \* Leadership, supervision, and teamwork capabilities RESPONSIBILITIES: \* Supervise compliance with safety standards in the field \* Verify correct implementation of SSOMA procedures \* Develop and validate IPERC, ATS, PETS, and work permits \* Conduct safety inspections and prepare daily reports \* Identify substandard acts and conditions and implement corrective actions \* Lead safety talks, inductions, and staff training sessions \* Monitor compliance with critical controls and high-risk work activities \* Investigate incidents and accidents, preparing reports and action plans \* Coordinate with supervision and operations teams to ensure client safety standard compliance \* Control safety documentation and current legal compliance BENEFITS: \* Formal employment registration \* Positive work environment \* Professional growth opportunity \* Food, accommodation, and transportation covered according to the project Interested candidates should send their documented CV to: ccastro@campamentosdioses.com Mobile: 906683589 Salary: S/.6,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
