The Young Men's Christian Association of Peru (YMCA Peru) is seeking top talent to fill the position of: **AUXILIARY**. **FUNCTIONS:** * Implement sessions according to the area’s monthly schedule * Adapt activities based on group development and characteristics * Participate in designing area activities to improve services * Promote a safe, playful, and affectionate environment for learning and participation * Observe, record, and report participants’ progress or specific situations * Prepare required materials and resources for each session **REQUIREMENTS:** * Currently enrolled in Education, Psychology, or related fields * Volunteer experience * Availability to work in Pueblo Libre * Availability to work Monday through Saturday, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:50 p.m. **BENEFITS:** * Salary: S/565.00 * Formal payroll registration from day one * Free corporate gym access * Pleasant work environment Position type: Part-time Salary: S/.565.00 per month Scheduled hours: 24 hours per week Work location: On-site employment
