JOIN OUR TEAM! We are looking for a Social Media + Content Creator to plan, create, publish, measure, promote, and manage our social media channels. REQUIREMENTS: - Degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields. - Previous experience, ideally in creative or design sectors, minimum 1 year. - Experience in video editing, voice-over, and caption writing for posts, with strong aesthetic judgment and visual sensitivity. - Experience operating tripods and stabilizers for video recording (mandatory). - Proficiency with tools such as Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, Premiere, or similar. - Familiarity with social media management tools (Meta Business Suite, Later, Hootsuite, etc.). - Creative writing skills, impeccable spelling, and ability to tell visual stories. - Proactivity, organization, and enthusiasm for teamwork. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Plan, create, and schedule audiovisual and written content for social media (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok). - Manage the online community: respond to comments and maintain close, professional interaction with our followers. - Coordinate and travel to record completed projects (across various locations in Lima Department and Callao) to produce high-impact content. - Oversee the editorial calendar and propose creative ideas aligned with trends in design and architecture. - Collaborate with the design and direction teams to align digital communication with brand identity. - Prepare monthly performance reports (engagement, growth, reach) and suggest improvements based on metric analysis. - Develop a monthly content grid. - Explore collaboration opportunities with influencers, complementary brands, and specialized media.
