Providing clear and timely information about services. Daily follow-up of active cases and constant communication with customers. Recording and updating customer information. Basic support in creating informative graphic materials using Canva. Requirements: Professional appearance. Strong communication skills and excellent customer service attitude. Proficiency in WhatsApp Business. Basic knowledge of Canva. Organizational skills and sense of responsibility. Availability for in-person work. Preferably residing near Real Plaza Puruchuco.
