Job Summary: Coordinate and execute blasting processes, including design, programming, connection, and detonation, to ensure correct electronic initiation according to client requirements. Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting Role Objective: Execute the electronic initiation process for blasting to ensure proper detonation in accordance with client requirements. **Daveytronic, Fametronic, or IKON certification preferred.** **Key Responsibilities:** * Plan and coordinate tasks with personnel involved in blasting operations. * Ensure adequate stock levels of Daveytronic products at the operation site. * Perform blasting design, programming, connection, verification, charging, and detonation. * Collect blasting process data and generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on key performance indicators, progress, anomalies, downstream post-blast result tracking support, and improvement opportunities. * Conduct training on products and their properties. * Ensure customer needs are met by addressing requirements and expectations. * Coordinate blasting activities with the client and provide process reports. **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience with electronic initiation systems (preferred). * At least 2 years of mining industry experience. * AIIB license preferred. * Technical diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or related field. * Proficiency in blasting design software. * Knowledge of blasting processes. * Knowledge of explosives and detonators, including their usage and properties. * Availability to work under a 10-days-on/10-days-off schedule
