Job Summary: Provide administrative support to the EMTS area by managing logistical requirements, continuous improvement projects, and data analysis, contributing to the positioning of technical services and asset management. Positioning of technical services in the mining industry **Job Objective:** Provide administrative support to meet the EMTS area’s needs by fulfilling logistical and administrative requests assigned by the immediate supervisor. Support the management of internal continuous improvement projects based on analysis of available data. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support activities aimed at positioning the naming of our technical services (Core, Bright, and other value-generation services) within the mining industry. * Support inventory management of assets (equipment, software, consumables) for the EMTS area to ensure efficient resource administration and timely response to technical requirements of blasting services. * Track commitments and agreements arising from meetings held with both internal and external clients. * Lead presentation, coordination, alignment, and follow-up meetings with clients. * Conduct data-based analyses using information provided in tables, dashboards in software such as Power BI, among others. * Deliver high-impact presentations using digital Office tools and Canvas, based on insights generated from data analysis. * Support the management and organization of various training and development programs delivered to EMTS technical staff. * Facilitate physical/virtual spaces for training sessions conducted by Enaex or third parties. * Support the development of standards and work procedures applicable to the technical area. * Support the preparation of case studies and technical summaries for publications in English and Spanish. * Manage and lead necessary testing to evaluate the quality and effectiveness of new products and/or their new versions. * Issue test reports to stakeholders (EMTS, plant, commercial, etc.) and manage related administrative matters. **Requirements:** * University graduate and/or Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering. * Availability to work at Antamina under a 10x10 regime. * One year of experience in related activities. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Data analysis tools (intermediate level preferred): Power BI and Power Apps. * Project management (basic level preferred). * Knowledge of explosive usage and properties (preferred). * Knowledge of processes and continuous improvement (preferred).
