Job Summary: We are seeking an Intermediate Field Mechanical & Piping Engineer to supervise compliance with discipline-specific scopes, monitor progress, and promote safety and quality policies. We are currently recruiting professionals for the position of Intermediate Field Mechanical \& Piping Engineer to join our Minerals \& Metals business line on one of our major field-based projects. About the Role * Ensure compliance with scope, cost, schedule, and quality requirements established for mechanical discipline deliverables within the Plant and Process program. * Monitor contractor-provided resources (human, equipment, and materials) against contractual specifications for works execution. * Promote adherence to client-established health, safety, and environmental policies. * Promote implementation of quality controls during construction activities. * Review daily reports and contribute to weekly and monthly physical progress reports for mechanical discipline activities. * Review and validate discipline-specific work procedures. * Review contractor payment certificates, verifying quantities completed. * Monitor the contractor’s daily, weekly, and three-week activity schedules. About You * 5–8 years of experience in Process Plants (Mineral Processing), Mill and general equipment installation, during Construction or Operations phases. * 5 years of mining experience (mandatory). * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, licensed and registered with the relevant professional association. * Experience leading teams: direct team of 12–15 people, up to 500 people on projects, interfacing with both clients and contractors. * Competent level of English.
