Position Summary: We are seeking a Road Safety Management and Training Coordinator for a mining UM, responsible for planning, delivering, and monitoring theoretical training and practical driving assessments. Key Highlights: 1. Lead road safety through practical training and assessments. 2. Design defensive driving and heavy equipment operation content and programs. 3. Contribute to risk reduction in mining operations. We seek top talent to assume the role of **Road Safety Management and Training Coordinator** for a mining UM in Huaraz. Requirements: * Minimum 5 years delivering defensive driving courses. * Minimum 3 years conducting practical driving assessments. * At least 2 years assessing drivers in open-pit mining operations. * Valid driver's license AIIB. Responsibilities: * Ensure proper planning, delivery, and monitoring of in-person theoretical defensive driving training, practical circuit-based driving assessments, and appropriate management of associated records—contributing to risk reduction and strengthening road safety. * Develop, deliver, and follow up on the theoretical defensive driving training program (FA – 4 hours). * Develop, deliver, and follow up on the heavy equipment interaction training program (FR – 4 hours). * Design and develop content for in-person theoretical courses.
