Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Facilitator responsible for delivering high-standard technical training programs in mining operations, ensuring an effective and safe learning environment. Ensures achievement of learning objectives through practical activities. We are currently looking for a **Senior Facilitator**, responsible for delivering high-standard technical training programs in mining operations. **Work Modality:** * **Work Schedule Regime:** 8x6 * **Working Hours:** Full-time * **Work Mode:** On-site at the mining unit **Responsibilities:** * Support coordination between the client and the facilitator team during the assigned shift. * Contribute to achieving the field-based training program objectives. * Manage the training environment, ensuring appropriate safety conditions, equipment, and materials. * Conduct session openings, linking content with worker safety and experience. * Facilitate participant engagement through practical learning activities. * Promote exchange of operational experiences and risks among participants. * Provide real-time feedback to ensure achievement of learning objectives. * Close sessions with improvement commitments and participant feedback. * Ensure accurate attendance recording using physical or digital formats. * Guarantee administration of final assessments to all participants. * Ensure proper use and care of training materials. **Academic Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Occupational Safety, Chemical Engineering, or related fields. * Additional training in training delivery, coaching, or education is desirable. **Work Experience:** * Experience in mining operations (mine site, processing plant, or maintenance). * Experience in technical training or field-based instruction. * Experience facilitating training sessions (desirable). **Technical Knowledge:** * Adult learning methodologies (andragogy). * Occupational Health and Safety in mining. * Risk management. * Field facilitation and training techniques. * Learning and practical performance assessment. **Benefits:** * Market-competitive salary * Formal employment registration from day one – General Regime * 100% CTS (Compensación por Tiempo de Servicios) * 30 calendar days of vacation * ESSALUD health insurance Application Questions: * Please indicate your current place of residence and telephone number. * Please state your availability to start and your salary expectations. * Do you have experience delivering technical training in mining operations? * Have you facilitated field-based training sessions? * Do you have knowledge of adult learning methodologies?
