Responsibilities: * Coordinate and manage onboarding, registration, selection, incorporation, and separation of operational and administrative staff, following established procedures. * Manage worker dependents’ affiliation with SUNAT and EsSalud, in coordination with the Lima Personnel Management Department. * Administer SCTR insurance (pension, health, and life) for staff prior to onboarding, submitting corresponding policies to the client for facility access renewal. * Maintain updated personnel files, including vacation schedules, leave requests, medical leaves, and active EMOs. * Record and monitor personnel movements (hires, terminations, leaves, disciplinary actions, overtime, etc.), ensuring proper documentation and tracking. * Process and monitor staff attendance, verify overtime hours, and cross-check with production reports. Submit information to the Lima Personnel Management Department within established deadlines. * Calculate operational payroll and compare it against monthly projections. * Coordinate the preparation and renewal of employment contracts, managing expiration dates, renewals, terminations, and new hires with respective department heads. * Coordinate with medical clinics for scheduling occupational, pre-employment, periodic, and retirement medical examinations. * Follow up on medical leave and subsidy cases, ensuring compliance with procedures until completion of related formalities. * Support the processing of procedures related to maternity leave, paternity leave, and other benefits per established protocols. * Actively participate in operational and administrative department meetings, providing support on personnel-related matters. * Organize labor-related activities according to the annual schedule. * Support the preparation of monthly reports on personnel, community, procurement, warehouse, and administrative management. * Coordinate performance evaluations for staff in the Production Unit under the supervision of the Administration Manager. * Schedule and coordinate general and specific inductions for staff, ensuring documentation of participation evidence. * Support the preparation of valuations for stone, internal and external transportation, dining facilities, and machinery. * Process travel allowances for assigned staff. * Upload and report process indicators on platforms (OneDrive) within established deadlines. * Address staff inquiries regarding payslips, overtime, vacations, bonuses, CTS, and social benefit settlements. * Monitor and manage third-party lime selection services. * Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
