Job Summary: Responsible for executing and coordinating electronic blasting processes, ensuring correct detonation and customer satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination and execution of electronic blasting. 2. Generation of reports and continuous process improvement. 3. Training and addressing customer needs. **Mission or Objective**: Execute the electronic initiation process for blasting to ensure correct detonation according to customer requirements. **Responsibilities**: * Plan and coordinate tasks with personnel involved in blasting. * Ensure adequate stock levels of Daveytronic products at the operation site. * Carry out the blasting design process, programming, connection, checking, charging, and detonation. * Collect information from the blasting process and generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports regarding key performance indicators, progress, anomalies, downstream post-blast result tracking support, and improvement opportunities. * Conduct training on products and their properties. * Ensure customer needs are met by addressing requirements and expectations. * Coordinate blasting activities with the customer and provide process reports. **Requirements**: * Minimum 1 year of mining experience preferred. * Mining Technician or related field degree. * Knowledge of blasting processes preferred. * Class A2b or A1 driver's license preferred (with at least 3 years of validity).
