Report material defects or issues. **Footwear industry company** is seeking **EXTERNAL ASSEMBLERS** for upper assembly. **JOB OBJECTIVE** Perform external shoe component assembly, ensuring finishing quality, on-time delivery, and accurate execution of assigned processes. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Assemble shoe components according to model and technical specifications. * Meet established delivery deadlines. * Ensure assembly quality (stitching, alignment, and finishing). * Deliver cut pieces according to schedule (coordination with factory). * Report material defects or issues. **REQUIREMENTS** * Experience in shoe assembly (mandatory). * Proficiency in industrial sewing machines. * Attention to detail and organized work habits. * Accountability for meeting delivery deadlines. * Personal workspace and equipment (mandatory). **CONDITIONS** * Employment type: External work (per production unit) * Payment: Piece-rate (per unit produced) * Continuous work assignment Job type: Contract-based Work location: Remote
