




**Position Objective:** Provide administrative and operational support to various departments within the company, ensuring compliance with internal processes, efficient coordination of resources, and smooth daily operations. **Profile Requirements:** **Education:** * Technical or university degree in Administration, Business Management, Accounting, Logistics, or related fields. **Experience:** * Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar roles. * Experience in administrative areas and customer service is desirable. **Technical Skills:** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate/advanced Excel skills essential). * Basic knowledge of billing. * Familiarity with ERP systems or administrative management software (desirable). **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in the preparation and management of administrative documents. * Coordinate operational activities. * Support in preparing monthly reports and other reports. * Assist with general office tasks and internal requests. * Operator for digital certificate records. **Competencies and Skills:** * Organization and planning. * Proactivity and attention to detail. * Effective communication. * Results-oriented. * Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team. * High sense of responsibility and confidentiality. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. **Contract Type:** Fixed-term contract (MYPE) Type of position: Full-time Salary: S/.1,350.00 per month Work location: On-site
