Ongoing training and career development path in a positive work environment We are looking for a proactive **Point-of-Sale Sales Associate** with a service-oriented mindset, responsible for delivering warm and effective customer service, driving store-level sales, and maintaining proper product display and organization—thereby contributing to the point-of-sale’s commercial objectives. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education (technical or university studies in Food Engineering preferred). * Minimum of **6 months to 1 year of experience** in point-of-sale sales, retail, or customer service—**preferably in the food industry.** * Strong communication, negotiation, and results-oriented skills. * Proactive attitude, ability to handle pressure, and teamwork skills. * Must **reside near Cerro Colorado \- Arequipa** or adjacent areas. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide friendly customer service and consultation, identifying customer needs to recommend appropriate products. * Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. * Execute end-to-end sales processes: payment collection, invoicing, and cash handling. * Maintain a clean, organized point-of-sale with properly displayed products. * Monitor local inventory, reporting stock shortages or restocking needs. * Inform customers about promotions, pricing, and product features. * Receive and arrange merchandise according to store guidelines. * Handle first-level customer complaints or claims, escalating cases as required. * Follow established procedures for opening and closing the cash register/store. **We Offer:** * Market-competitive salary \+ sales commissions. * Food allowance * Transportation allowance * EPS health insurance plan covering 75% * General labor regime * Profit-sharing benefits * Continuous training on products and sales techniques. * Internal career development path. * Positive work environment. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM Salary: S/.1,400\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Indicate your district of residence and current mobile phone number.
