Job Summary: SSOMA professional with experience in industrial operations to implement safety plans, manage training programs, and investigate incidents. Key Highlights: 1. Implementation of the SSOMA service plan. 2. Development and updating of IPERC matrices. 3. Management of training programs and monitoring of SSOMA indicators. Requirements: * Degree holder and licensed professional in Safety Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields. * Five years of post-graduation experience as an SSOMA Supervisor in industrial operations, refineries, chemical plants, hydrocarbons, or related sectors. * Availability to work in Ventanilla. * Standard work regime of 48 hours per week under a hybrid modality, with three days per week on-site. Responsibilities: * Implementation of the SSOMA service plan. * Development and updating of IPERC matrices. * Conducting safety inspections. * Managing training programs. * Monitoring SSOMA indicators. * Investigating incidents. * Verifying compliance with safe work procedures. * Coordinating client SSOMA requirements.
