Job Summary: We are seeking a Multifunctional Employee for customer service, personalized sales, and store management at CASALINDA, a retail company with 18 stores nationwide. Key Highlights: 1. We are currently seeking a MULTIFUNCTIONAL EMPLOYEE. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Approach customers entering the store and identify their needs. Provide comprehensive solutions to customers through personalized service. Apply service protocols, maintain eye contact, and use appropriate body language throughout the sales process. Foster customer loyalty through a positive attitude and thorough product knowledge. Achieve store-assigned performance targets. Collaborate with the store coordinator to ensure proper product stocking and display, and verify correct pricing. Maintain continuous store order and cleanliness. Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory (warehouse or store), ensuring compliance with established quality standards. Classify, code, and label merchandise by type or category to ensure correct placement and easy identification. REQUIREMENTS: Prior experience in multifunctional roles or similar positions (mandatory). Good physical condition to perform job duties. Availability to work full-time. Availability to work Monday through Sunday, with one rotating day off per week.
