Additionally, we have an international presence across 20 countries on all five continents. **MISSION:** Ensure the availability and performance of Transport and Access networks through efficient incident and maintenance management, complementing operations with automation, data analytics, and artificial intelligence solutions that optimize processes, strengthen KPI monitoring, and promote continuous improvement and SLA compliance with customers. Requirements: * Solid knowledge of External Plant Networks (PEXT & PINT), FTTH networks, Microwave networks (Aviat/SIAE/RADWIN/Nokia/etc.). * Python (basic/intermediate). * Power BI (intermediate/advanced). * Advanced Excel. Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. * Brand: Gilat Satellite Networks Who we are looking for: Bachelor’s degree holder, graduate, or recent graduate in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics, Systems, Software, and/or Computer Science. What you will do: * Coordinate and monitor field crews for fault resolution and on-site activities. * Prepare monthly accreditation reports on services provided by Gilat to the State customer. * Conduct root cause analysis of top-performing offenders within the assigned zone to propose solutions and improve node and associated service performance. * Participate in developing and implementing process automations using digital tools, scripts, and AI-based solutions. * Develop basic to intermediate Python solutions for data integration, task automation, information processing, and report generation. * Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and KPIs to provide operational visibility and support decision-making. * Document developments, incidents, improvements, and technical procedures related to implemented solutions.
