Job Summary:
We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee and manage logistics operations, inventory control, and safe handling of materials in Villa El Salvador.
Key Highlights:
1. Manages receiving, storage, and dispatch operations for materials.
2. Controls inventories, batches, and product expiration dates.
3. Ensures secure storage and traceability of supplies.
**Requirements**
* Technical or university graduate in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields.
* Minimum two years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, Inventory Manager, or in similar roles.
* Knowledge of warehouse management, inventory control, and logistics.
* Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
* Preferred experience in laboratories, industrial, chemical, food, or related sectors.
* Familiarity with logistics indicators, KPIs, and best storage practices.
* Knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 is desirable.
* Knowledge of safe storage and handling of reagents, chemicals, and laboratory materials is desirable.
* Availability to work on-site in Villa El Salvador
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Supervise and control receiving, storage, and dispatch operations for supplies, reagents, materials, equipment, products, and PPE.
* Verify correct material intake and outflow, ensuring compliance with established procedures.
* Maintain up-to-date inventory records and conduct periodic stock counts.
* Monitor batches, expiration dates, certificates, technical data sheets, and other documentation related to stored products.
* Guarantee proper identification, traceability, preservation, and storage of supplies and materials.
* Organize and optimize product distribution within the warehouse.
* Coordinate with Logistics, Laboratory, Operations, Quality, and HSE departments to ensure timely supply.
* Supervise that reagents, chemicals, and materials are stored according to their preservation conditions, compatibility, and safety requirements.
* Manage documentation related to incoming goods, outgoing goods, returns, transfers, and disposals.
* Prepare inventory, movement, consumption, expiration, and stock-level reports.
* Monitor minimum and maximum inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
* Ensure order, cleanliness, and compliance with safety regulations within the warehouse.
* Support other duties related to this position.
Salary: S/.2,000.00 - S/.2,500.00 per month
