Job Description A prestigious 4-star hotel is seeking dedicated Housekeeping staff committed to service excellence, responsible for ensuring impeccable cleanliness, order, and presentation of assigned guest rooms and areas, thereby contributing to a high-quality experience for our guests. Requirements: Hotel Management student nearing graduation, with or without experience as a Housekeeper. **Age between 19 and 35 years** Minimum 6 months or **1 year** of Housekeeping experience in hotels or similar establishments Knowledge of cleaning and room organization techniques in common areas Attention to detail and high hygiene standards Responsibility, punctuality, and teamwork Flexible availability (including weekends and holidays) Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented individual. Teamwork skills and a service-oriented attitude. Basic English (desirable). Key Responsibilities: · Clean and disinfect guest rooms (occupied, checkout, and vacant). · Change bed linens and towels according to hotel standards. (Knowledge of rooms with duvets required) · Restock toiletries such as soap, shampoo, toilet paper, etc. · Verify the proper condition of equipment and facilities in the room. · Report incidents, forgotten items, or damages to the relevant department. · Maintain cleanliness and order in assigned areas (hallways, housekeeping office, etc.). · Promptly report checkout (departing guest) rooms to the relevant department. · Respond to basic guest requests courteously and respectfully. · Comply with hotel hygiene, safety, and protocol standards. · Assist with special tasks as directed by the supervisor.
