Integration into the Metallurgical-Mechanical department **G\&G Industrial** is seeking a **Welding Operator Technician** to join the **Metallurgical-Mechanical department**, participating in the manufacturing of industrial products and equipment. **Job Objective** Perform welding, assembly, and fabrication tasks for industrial products and metallurgical-mechanical structures, adhering to the company's quality, production, and safety standards. **Responsibilities** * Perform welding operations using **SMAW, MIG/MAG, and/or TIG** processes. * Fabricate and assemble industrial products, structures, and equipment. * Perform cutting, grinding, and material preparation. * Interpret engineering drawings and measurements for fabrication. * Verify the quality of completed work. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Comply with safety regulations and properly use personal protective equipment (PPE). **Requirements** * Technical diploma in Welding, Metal Construction, Production Mechanics, or related fields. * Minimum **2 years of experience** in welding and metallurgical-mechanical work. * Ability to read engineering drawings. * Proficiency in operating welding tools and equipment. * Candidates with a completed high school education and technical training in welding, plus a minimum of **1 year of experience**, will also be considered. **Benefits** * Formal employment registration. * Labor benefits according to applicable regulations. * Opportunity for professional growth and development. * Participation in industrial manufacturing projects. **Working Hours** **Monday to Friday:** 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. **Saturday and Sunday:** Rest days.
