Job Summary: Importaciones Mariely S.A.C is seeking an Inventory Control Assistant to manage stock ledgers (kardex), review information, and perform validations in warehouses. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to conduct unannounced inventory audits **Importaciones Mariely S.A.C**, a wholesale and retail toy company with over 10 years of experience in the retail sector, is seeking **01 INVENTORY CONTROL ASSISTANT.** **WHAT DO WE NEED?** * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Accounting and Finance or Industrial Engineering * 1 year of experience in this position, and 1 year of relevant industry experience * Availability to work in Cercado de Lima / Jr. Ayacucho 845 A * Immediate availability **WHAT WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES?** 1\. Request daily the Kardex (Excel) from all warehouses located at different branches (cost centers). Includes shrinkage and shortage amounts. 2\. Review monthly whether the Kardex documents are correctly prepared and whether the information is consistent, then enter it into the system. 3\. Approve dispatch requests and prepare consumption vouchers for each camp warehouse (Kardex preparation for the system). 4\. Submit the Kardex information entered into the system and report to management upon request. 5\. Randomly validate dispatches from branches to ensure correct receipt in operations. Resolve discrepancies between dispatch and receipt. 6\. Conduct unannounced physical inventories of stock at branch warehouses according to the defined frequency. 7\. Conduct physical inventories of stock at branch warehouses according to the defined frequency. 8\. Randomly verify that purchases made at branches are recorded in the Kardex. 9\. Advanced computer skills. 10\.
