Job Description · At Patty Pastelería, we are looking for a creative, organized, and proactive individual to support the creation of digital content for social media. This role focuses on generating engaging content aligned with the brand’s identity, following current trends and formats on Instagram and TikTok. The position is freelance-based and goal-oriented; therefore, responsibility, autonomy, and strong organizational skills are required to meet deliverables and manage monthly planning. Main Responsibilities · Planning and creation of monthly social media content (12–16 pieces per month). · Development of content grids for Instagram and TikTok. · Writing of creative copy aligned with the brand’s communication tone. · Planning and proposal of Stories content. · Scheduling and publishing of content via Meta Business Suite and TikTok. · Monitoring of trends, audio clips, and viral formats to adapt them to the brand. · Coordination and organization of the content calendar with the commercial team. · Basic recording and editing of social media content. Requirements · Proficiency in CapCut. · Basic/intermediate proficiency in Adobe Illustrator. · Knowledge of recording and editing social media content. · Basic knowledge of design and visual composition. · Strong aesthetic judgment for product photography and video. · Interest in digital trends and social media. · Strong writing and spelling skills. · Prior experience creating content for brands is preferred.
