Management of financial, material, and human resources **CONSORCIO ESPERANZA** is looking for a highly organized and responsible **CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATOR** to efficiently manage resources for our construction projects. If you have experience in administration and control of construction projects in sanitation works, this is your opportunity. \- 100% on-site ***Minimum Requirements*** * Bachelor's degree and/or professional title in Engineering / Accounting / Administration / Economics. * Minimum 2 years of experience in the position at construction companies working on sanitation projects. * Proficiency in ERP S10 Module: Warehouse / Purchasing / Project Management. * Knowledge of administrative, accounting, financial, labor, and logistics \- purchasing management. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and administer financial, material, and human resources assigned to construction projects. * Prepare and control project budgets. * Manage procurement and supply of materials in coordination with suppliers. * Monitor physical and financial progress of projects. * Maintain up-to-date administrative records and reports for construction projects. * Coordinate with technical and executive departments to meet deadlines and goals. * And other duties as assigned. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary based on experience and market standards. * Statutory and additional benefits. * Professional development and training opportunities. * Dynamic and collaborative work environment. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Saturday. **Work Location:** Ventanilla Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: S/.1,130\.00 \- S/.3,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Are you available to start immediately? * Please indicate your district of residence.
