Your journey toward impact and innovation begins here at WSP! **Key Responsibilities:** * Preparation of work plans and proposal cost estimates. * Project setup. * Development of baseline schedules and cost baselines. * Development of project staffing plans. * Management of project change logs. * Control of deliverables and installed quantities. * Project cost and schedule control. * Management of trend and variance alerts. * Preparation of project ETC and EAC forecasts. * Project scope control. * Reporting management; development and tracking of project controls KPIs. * Preparation of payment certificates. * Review of subcontractor payment certificates. * Project expense control. * Change order management. * Reporting and justification for time extensions. * Preparation of project close-out reports. * Application of WSP’s project controls methodology. * Guidance to project teams to achieve objectives. * Leadership of teams in developing methods, techniques, and applying project controls standards. * Support to the Project Controls Lead and Project Delivery Lead in case analysis and implementation of best practices in mining or similar industries. * Analytical capability, support, and participation in case resolution. * Compliance with internal policies and procedures of the Integrated Management System for Quality, Environment, and Occupational Health and Safety in assigned activities, among others. **Professional Background:** * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering or related fields. * Minimum of four (4) years of experience in similar roles, preferably within the mining sector. * Experience in project management and engineering project controls. * Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6\., databases, and Power BI is desirable. * Intermediate-level English language proficiency is desirable.
