Job Summary: We are seeking Cooks/Kitchen Assistants for a prominent restaurant in Miraflores, responsible for dish preparation, ingredient management, and maintaining hygiene. Participation in food production and service A prominent restaurant in Miraflores is currently seeking Cooks/Kitchen Assistants meeting the following profile: Requirements: \- Completed secondary education \- Minimum 6 months of experience in similar positions. \- Available to work in Miraflores. \- Available for full-time employment. \- Available to work rotating shifts (opening/closing) or closing-only shifts. Responsibilities: * Prepare dishes requested by the service department. * Place orders for required ingredients with the head chef. * Respect product shelf life according to expiration dates and storage conditions. * Carry out and verify cleaning, disinfection, and organization of equipment and tools in the area, in accordance with hygiene and safety regulations. * Check ingredient status and ensure required quantities are met. * Perform mise en place and area production for service. * Report shortages, production output, inventory, and wastage to the head chef. * Inform the head chef of any incidents occurring in the area.
