Responsibilities * Prepare bakery products in compliance with quality standards. * Operate the Rational oven and other bakery equipment correctly. * Supervise production processes to ensure final product quality. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and compliance with hygiene and food safety standards. * Coordinate with the production team to ensure daily order fulfillment.
