Then this job is for you. We are looking for **part-time promoters** with strong energy and a positive attitude to represent a **high-impact social cause**, connecting with people and encouraging them to join as monthly donors. **Where will you work?** In-person activations at **Real Plaza Shopping Center** and **supermarkets in Central Lima**. **Fixed schedule:** **From 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.** Ideal for studying in the morning or making full use of your afternoons. **What will you do daily?** Engage in conversations with people and build genuine connections. Represent the cause with attitude, empathy, and conviction. Clearly explain the organization’s impact. Invite people to support as monthly donors. Work collaboratively, focused on results and positive energy. **Who are we looking for?** Individuals aged **18 to 32**. Outgoing, communicative, and possessing a positive attitude. With or without prior experience (we provide training).
