




Job Summary: We are seeking a Data Entry Clerk to manage and organize documentation, validate records, and prepare submissions, ensuring optimal file condition. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preparation and submission of documentation We are currently seeking top talent to fill the position of: Data Entry Clerk Requirements: \- Completed secondary education or higher degree \- With or without experience in document management/administrative/warehouse/other fields. \- Availability to work in Villa El Salvador. \- Availability to work Monday through Friday. Working Hours: MONDAY TO SATURDAY, from 7:00 AM to 5:36 PM. Responsibilities: \- Receive and return items or document boxes to their original physical location. \- Maintain documents in perfect condition. \- Verify that each box and document code is registered in our client's system. \- Search for files using either the system or physical lists, as requested by the client. \- Generate daily reports on request fulfillment. \- Validate and prepare files and/or boxes delivered by warehouse operators. \- Reassign items and prepare them for client delivery. \- Deliver files and/or boxes to the dispatch department.
