Experience managing complex stakeholders At PK Analytics, we seek a Project Manager focused on delivery, client satisfaction, and results, responsible for ensuring the overall health of our portfolio of industrial technology projects (IIoT, Data, AI). **Role Mission:** Ensure successful project execution by anticipating risks, managing deviations, and maintaining continuous alignment among client, technical team, and business objectives. This role does not merely track progress: it takes ownership, unblocks issues, and guarantees outcomes. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead planning, execution, and control of technology projects. * Manage project health: scope, schedule, cost, quality, and client satisfaction. * Identify risks, blockers, and deviations, and take corrective action. Serve as the primary point of contact with the client (trust \+ clarity). * Align technical teams (OT/IT/AI) with project objectives. Manage team priorities and workload. * Ensure deliverables meet PK standards (quality \+ impact). Implement tools and practices that improve efficiency (including AI). **Ideal Candidate Profile:** * Engineering degree (Industrial, Systems, or related field). * 3+ years managing technology projects (ideal: industry, automation, data). * Strong executive and operational communication skills. * Experience managing complex stakeholders. * Proficiency in tools such as Jira, MS Project, or similar. * Knowledge of PMI / Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). * Ability to resolve conflicts and make decisions under pressure.
