At **Carga Compartida**, we are looking for an Imports Specialist to support the management and monitoring of import operations, providing direct assistance to clients and suppliers. **Requirements:** * University graduate in International Business, Foreign Trade, or related fields. * **Minimum 1 year of experience in imports or freight forwarding agencies.** * Basic knowledge of import processes and international documentation. * **Intermediate English proficiency required.** * **Excellent communication skills and client interaction abilities.** * Ability to build trust and maintain professional relationships. * Strong organizational skills and capacity to handle multiple operations simultaneously. * Proactivity, sound judgment, and teamwork. * Remote work (Home Office) modality. **Responsibilities:** * **Manage and comprehensively monitor import operations.** * Maintain constant communication with clients regarding the status of their shipments. * Provide clear, prompt, and empathetic support throughout the operational process. * **Coordinate payments and track purchase orders with suppliers in China.** * Coordinate shipment and receipt of cargo to the origin warehouse. * **Review documentation to ensure accurate product declarations.** * Monitor operational timelines and adherence to deadlines. * Coordinate internally with Commercial, Warehouse, and Customs departments. **Employment Conditions:** * Salary: S/ 1,700, plus efficiency-based commissions. * Hybrid work modality. * Contract for services (RxH) for 3 months, followed by formal employment. * Full-time position.
