Job Summary: Coordinate and promote the adoption of project management methodologies and tools, ensuring planning, monitoring, and contribution to strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination of project management methodologies and tools 2. Implementation and maintenance of templates and tools 3. Identification of opportunities for improvement in project management Coordinate and promote the adoption of project management methodologies, processes, and tools from the PMO, facilitating alignment, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement in project execution, to ensure proper planning, monitoring, and contribution to the organization's strategic objectives. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related fields. * Valid ITIL certification * Valid PMP certification (Project Management Professional) and/or Diploma/Specialization in Project Management. Valid professional license with at least 3 years of active registration (preferred) \#LI\-ONSITE \#PER Brand: Gilat Satellite Networks Who we are looking for: Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. What you will do: Coordinate the standardization and updating of project management methodologies, processes, procedures, and guidelines led by the department. Implement and maintain templates, formats, guides, and tools that facilitate project planning, monitoring, and control. Consolidate project information, monitor progress against schedules, milestones, risks, and deliverables, and coordinate follow-up with project managers. Prepare periodic reports on the status, performance, and risks of the project portfolio for the PMO Management and Executive Leadership. Coordinate the collection, documentation, and dissemination of lessons learned, best practices, and relevant project experiences. Identify opportunities for improvement in project management processes and propose initiatives to strengthen PMO maturity. Coordinate the implementation and adoption of technological tools supporting project planning, monitoring, and control. Area of Interest: Operations \& Supply Chain
