Position Summary: We are seeking an Investment Back Office Assistant to manage and record transactions, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Support daily transaction registration in the system. 2. Provide support in reviewing investment fund contracts. 3. Assist in preparing and updating annexes for the SBS. At **Vivir Seguros**, we are looking for a candidate to fill the position of **Investment Back Office Assistant** **Your main challenge:** * Ensure accurate management and registration of investment transactions, complying with regulations and guaranteeing information quality. **In this role, you will be responsible for:** * Supporting daily transaction registration in the system. * Providing support in basic review of investment fund contracts, following established guidelines. * Assisting in preparing and updating annexes for the SBS. * Supporting identification and tracking of improvements in the investment system. **What do we require from you?** * Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Finance, or Accounting **Technical and specific knowledge (languages, software):** * Advanced Excel skills, including macros and pivot tables * Intermediate-level English proficiency, primarily in reading comprehension **Work experience:** * Minimum 1 year of experience required; preferably in the financial sector **What do we offer?** * Oncology insurance * EPS health insurance * Corporate discounts “Vida Plus” * Hybrid work arrangement (subject to company policy) * Birthday leave day.
