Together, we lead the way toward more sustainable mining and construction. **Join our team as a Service Contract Electrical Technician 3 in Antamina.** **Your Mission:** Execute all preventive and corrective maintenance activities, daily inspections, commissioning, and initial start-up—ensuring service quality—to meet divisional objectives in accordance with Peruvian legislation and Epiroc’s standards, procedures, and policies. **What Will Be Your Responsibilities?** * Comply with and enforce Supreme Decree 024\-2016 and its amendments DS 023\-2017 and DS 034\-2023 regarding safety, health, environmental protection, and applicable legal provisions. * Comply with and enforce company standards, policies, and procedures. * Lead failure evaluations of hydraulic, electrical, electronic, RCS, and Epiroc tele-remote and autonomous technology systems; resolve issues and execute all necessary corrective actions to restore equipment to operational and standard condition with quality and efficiency; issue root cause analysis (RCA) reports—these may be prepared in the field or workshops. * Prepare and submit work reports for equipment serviced during your shift, detailing all work performed—including lists of spare parts used—and outstanding tasks to be completed by the next shift. * Replace assigned spare parts and components on equipment, adhering to spare parts and component handling instructions. * Maintain order and cleanliness in workshops and all assigned work areas. * Perform lubrication and greasing of serviced equipment per inspection schedules; wash equipment. **Our Ideal Candidate:** * Education: Technical degree in Mechanical Engineering, Heavy Machinery, Automotive Engineering, or related fields; certified graduate. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in maintenance and repair of Epiroc mining equipment. * Solid technical knowledge in: + Hydraulics, electricity, electronics, and RCS of Epiroc equipment. + Diesel engines, parameter evaluation, and failure analysis. + Air conditioning systems, recharging, parameter evaluation, and failure analysis. + Epiroc technological systems (tele-remote and autonomous technology). + Handling and interpretation of equipment service and parts manuals. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Intermediate-level English proficiency (desirable). * Willingness to travel to high-altitude locations and work under non-standard shifts. * Light vehicle driving (Driver’s License A2B). **Work Location: Antamina** **Everything Starts with People.** The world needs metals and minerals for the energy transition, and our cities and infrastructure must expand to serve a growing population.
