We are seeking an ***Operations Assistant*** for our ***workshop*** in ***Villa María del Triunfo*** — someone with an all-terrain attitude and willingness. **Role Mission:** To serve as key support ensuring that our fleet (compressors, generators, towers) remains up-to-date on documentation and ready for operation, reporting directly to Management. **Requirements:** * Technical or university graduate in Industrial Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Machinery Maintenance, or related fields. * Intermediate Excel proficiency (Mandatory). * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Residency in Villa María del Triunfo or nearby areas (South Lima). **Responsibilities:** * Develop preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for the fleet (compressors, generators, towers) based on operating hours. * Generate operability certificates, packing lists, and maintenance plans. Manage TREC and SCTR insurance policies and calibrations (pressure gauges, valves, hydrostatic tests). * Prepare technical maintenance reports and pending status reports per equipment in the workshop. * Monitor equipment status (operational/workshop/client) and manage monthly hour-meter readings across the entire fleet. * Manage documentation and logistics for technician visits to mining units or construction sites. * Coordinate with Commercial and Technical departments to ensure equipment availability and address client incidents. * Ensure each dispatch includes complete safety equipment according to the site/mine standard. **Conditions \& Benefits:** * Compensation via Honorarium Receipt. * 100% covered lunch at the VMT workshop. * Working hours: Monday to Friday (8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.) and Saturdays (8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.). * Learning opportunity in fleet rental management and mining standards. ***Ready for the challenge?
