Proficiency in writing User Stories (US) and Use Case Specifications (UCS) . Knowledge of process and requirements modeling tools · *Basic* knowledge of software development in PHP, Angular, or Java. · Minimum *intermediate*-level knowledge of Transact SQL. The academic qualifications declared in your CV must be properly substantiated. **General Work Experience:** minimum of **4 years** in public and/or private administration **Specific Work Experience:** minimum of **3 years** in public and/or private administration Specific experience must include activities related to systems analysis and/or functional analysis and/or systems development and/or software quality and security control analysis. Work experience will be calculated from the date of obtaining your bachelor’s degree or professional title, depending on the document you provide during application. **Service Activities:** · Collect and analyze functional and non-functional requirements. . Develop use case specifications or user stories. · Execute functional tests on the system and generate the corresponding test result report. · Record findings and observations, and document results. · Verify correct implementation of requirements and coordinate with end-user area specialists for necessary corrections and/or adjustments until full compliance is achieved. **Service Deliverables:** 1\) Document containing functional and non-functional requirements. 2\) Document containing use case specifications or user stories. 3\) Document containing developed prototypes (low-fidelity). 4\) Functional verification test plan for the developed software. 5\) Report on the results of the functional verification tests for the developed software. 6\) User manual or instruction guide for the system. **Estimated Service Duration:** 90 days **Start Date: 15/09/2026** **Payment Method:** 3 installments **Compensation:** To be evaluated based on profile and verified experience.
