Production process optimization **Date:** Aug 3, 2026 **Location:** LIMA, Peru **Company:** Alicorp S.A.A. **What will be your challenge?** -------------------------- Act as a business transformation agent for our customers, combining technical expertise, empathy, and communication skills to inspire, train, and guide them in developing their businesses through close, practical, and high-impact advisory services that also promote positioning and correct usage of our entire VP portfolio. **What will you do in this role?** ------------------------- Develop and execute work projects for the assigned customer segment/zone. Conduct workshops (mass training sessions) according to the assigned segment and/or zone. Handle technical complaints in accordance with established procedures. Perform follow-up after advisory services/complaint resolution. Design and develop product recipes based on each customer’s specific requirements and market trends. Prepare reports for the AATT indicator plan. Implement and improve production processes, optimizing time, costs, and resources without compromising final product quality. Advance customers to the next level depending on their current stage. Conduct comprehensive business diagnostics for customers and identify opportunities. **What do we need from you?** --------------------------- * Graduates in Culinary Arts, Gastronomy, or related fields. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * 2–3 years of experience in culinary operations and delivering training. * Knowledge of specialized machinery and equipment, including operation, basic maintenance, and optimization. * Strong communication, training, and interpersonal skills.
