We value commitment, responsibility, and teamwork, and we take pride in fostering a positive, respectful, and collaborative workplace where each team member can grow and contribute. **Position Type:** * Interim\-Full-time * With opportunity to assume the role of Production Supervisor. **Work Modality** * On-site in Surquillo. **Working Hours** * Schedule: 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. * 1-hour lunch break from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. * District: Surquillo (Exact location will be provided during the interview.) **Main Responsibilities:** * Production of nut butters and other nut-based products. * Preparing, weighing, and measuring ingredients according to established recipes. * Operating basic machinery used in artisanal food preparation (training provided). * Packaging and labeling products in compliance with internal quality standards. * Maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area at all times. * Adhering to hygiene, food safety, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) protocols. * Managing and tracking finished product inventory. * Issuing electronic invoices and shipping guides (training provided if no prior experience). * Learning the full production process. **Desired Profile:** * Responsible, organized individual with a positive attitude toward learning. * Punctual and committed to long-term employment. * Basic knowledge of cooking, food handling, or artisanal production. * Preferred: Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Preferred: Basic Excel proficiency. * Preferred: Prior experience in food production or healthy cooking. * Strong communication skills and willingness to work collaboratively. **Benefits:** * Respectful and collaborative work environment. * Flexible schedule subject to coordination. * Employee discount on products.
