Responsible, proactive, and solution-oriented WE ARE HIRING CLEANING AND GENERAL MAINTENANCE STAFF! **KYP Bioengineering – Specialized Prosthetic Center** At **KYP Bioengineering**, we are looking for a **responsible, proactive, and multifunctional** individual to handle cleaning and basic maintenance of our facilities, ensuring a clean, orderly, and operational environment for patients and staff. **Main Responsibilities** **Cleaning and Organization** * Daily cleaning of offices, consultation rooms, common areas, and restrooms. * Disinfection of environments, basic equipment, and work surfaces. * Proper handling of cleaning supplies. * Maintaining general order throughout the facilities. **General Maintenance** * Performing **basic maintenance** of the facilities. * Replacing **outlets, light bulbs, switches, and sockets**. * Assisting with minor repairs (doors, locks, furniture, curtains, etc.). * Verifying proper operation of lighting, water, and other services. * Reporting major failures requiring specialized technical service. **Operational Support** * Providing general support tasks as needed by the company. * Coordinating with administration for material purchases when required. * Resolving daily infrastructure-related incidents. **Requirements** * Prior experience in **cleaning and general maintenance** (preferred). * Basic knowledge of electricity and plumbing (replacing outlets, light bulbs, faucets, etc.). * A **proactive, solution-oriented, and responsible** individual. * Good interpersonal skills and willingness to work as part of a team. * Punctuality and commitment to work. * Preferably residing in areas near **Los Olivos**. **Employment Conditions** * **Position type:** Full-time. * **Work mode:** On-site. * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday / Half-day Saturdays. * **Work location:** Los Olivos. * **Salary:** To be discussed, based on experience. * **Positive work environment.** **We seek someone who keeps everything organized and functional** If you are someone who **solves problems, takes care, and maintains**, this opportunity is for you. **Send your CV and apply now.** Position type: Full-time, Contract-based Contract duration: 3 months Salary: S/.1,200.00 - S/.1,500.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
